18 years ago, shortly after having baby #4, I bought a pair of Levi’s. They fit comfortably and made me feel ‘put together’. I’ve kept wearing those jeans for the last 18 years. They are not trendy, they are not flattering, and I do not look good in them. But I love them SO MUCH because they are still incredibly comfortable, and they have so many memories tied up in them. Camping trips with my kids, shopping at Costco, walking through rain storms, visiting zoos… they are my mom life. Durable, casual, and unapologetic.
